I like painting because I get the opportunity to paint on a large surface. The ideas come to me in advance when I paint. I paint in a very systematic and orderly way.
I am interested in the way that different colors are placed next to each other. I like to play with words, when coming up with titles for my artwork.

Meet The Artist
I was born in Houston and have lived here off and on, but I feel like Houston is my home. I am one of the newer participants of Celebration Company, but it feels like a second home—everyone is so nice, and people treat you like family. I like painting because I get the opportunity to paint on such large canvases. The ideas come to me in advance when I paint. What inspires me are miscellaneous items, an example being how a couple colors look when mixed together.
